This is a drawing I made of Anne Hathaway like she was when playing in the movie Ella Enchanted.
I used 2B, 4B and 8B pencils.

Overall, a very nice first impression.
A few things look a bit wonky to me though. The placement of nose and mouth is shifted too far to the right relative to the eyes and left cheek. This leaves the right cheek looking smooched. The lips should be adjusted to show a little more of a 3/4 view and less of a front view.
The shading looks good on the left side of her face, but something's off on the right. The shadow line is a little too sharp. It might look more realistic if there were a bit more of a gradient and more of a contour along the curve of her forehead, eye socket, cheekbone and jaw line.
I'm not sure of the direction of the light source. Probably from the bottom left with a second light source from behind to create the halo effect on the hair? However the highlights on the forehead make it look like like it's coming from the top left, and the neck makes it look like it coming from the bottom right.
Still, overall very nice. I agree that it is a dramatic shot. Very eye catching. Well done.
